You get a complete program for each stage of your baby’s development, a community of parents and professionals, and direct access to Nicolas through live Q&As. Fulkrum also designs the physical tools that enable specific exercises at home, starting with The Core.
No. Fulkrum is educational. We explain what's happening in your baby's body and what you can do at home. For severe or persistent symptoms, we tell you clearly when to see a qualified osteopath or healthcare professional.
Instagram is one technique at a time, no order, no context. Fulkrum is the full curriculum: every technique in sequence, with the full clinical reasoning, organised around your baby's exact stage, plus daily community support.
Yes. The 0–6 month module covers the full window, and the content stays accessible. You also unlock the 6–12 month stage automatically when your baby reaches it.
$19/month for as long as you stay a member. When the 200 founding spots fill, the price moves permanently to $29/month. If you cancel, your founding rate is gone. You can rejoin only at the standard price.

No. The membership, The Core, and the ebook are separate products. Founding members get priority access and special pricing on The Core when it ships.

You can cancel anytime from your account settings. When you cancel, your access continues until the end of the billing period you've already paid for. No pro-rated refunds for partial months. Important: if you're a founding member, cancellation permanently forfeits the $19/month founding price. You can only rejoin at the standard rate.

Because most of the techniques Nicolas teaches require two. Paired support during positioning, mirrored angles for stretching, a second point of contact during massage. A single pillow gets you partway. Two unlock the full range of what the method is designed to do.
The Core is designed for daily use from birth through six months, the period when most of Nicolas's foundational work happens. It is sized and certified for use up to nine months, so the kit stays with you for as long as your baby needs it. Some babies finish using it earlier, others continue longer. Both are normal.
Daily use is most concentrated in the first six months, when tummy time, positioning work, stretching and massage are foundational. Many families continue using the kit into months seven, eight and nine for stretching and movement support as the baby develops. Every baby develops at their own pace, and The Core is sized and certified to stay useful across that range.
No. The Core is for supervised tummy time, positioning, stretching and massage. It is not a sleep product, and babies should not be left unattended on or around the kit. The labels on every component carry the same guidance.
Every Core comes with a complete video library. Nicolas walks you through every position, every stretch, and every massage sequence the system was designed for. Access is by QR code printed inside the box, with a short quick-start guide on paper for the first day. You'll have everything you need to use the Core well, whether you're new to Nicolas's work or have been following it for years.
No. Every Core comes with free access to the Fulkrum Community, where your video library lives, along with care guides, troubleshooting documents, and direct support from our team. You don't need a paid membership to use the Core or follow the videos. Many parents who buy the Core go on to join the paid tier for deeper clinical content and stage-by-stage guidance, but it isn't required.

The pillow covers and the mat cover are machine washable on a cold gentle cycle. The foam inserts inside the pillows are hand-wash only and should be dried flat. The full set of care instructions is printed on every component label and included in the box.

You get first notice and founding pricing on both Premium and VIP when they open. Your $19 Essential rate continues for life regardless.
Yes. The 0 to 6 months module is live now. If your baby is in that range, join immediately. If older, the 6 to 12 months and 12 months and beyond modules are coming. Your founding price is locked from the day you join, regardless of when modules unlock.
As long as your membership stays active, your monthly rate stays $19. If you cancel and later rejoin, you pay whatever the going rate is at that time.

The content is designed for parents, not for people with free time. Most exercises are 5–10 minutes and fit into what you're already doing with your baby. The live sessions are monthly. The community runs at your pace.
