Return and Refund Policy

Introduction

At Fulkrum, every product is created through the lens of clinical practice, with one purpose: to support the balance, strength, and development of your child. We apply the same standard to how we handle returns and refunds.

This policy applies to all Fulkrum products and services: physical products, digital products, and community membership subscriptions. It should be read alongside our Terms and Conditions.

The contracting party for all purchases worldwide is Fulkrum Health LLC, 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. For purchases invoiced by Babycare and Beyond Sdn. Bhd. (ASEAN region), this policy applies equally.

Personal data submitted as part of a refund or return request is processed in accordance with our Privacy and Cookie Policy.

1. Digital Products (Ebooks, Guides, and Downloads)

Digital products are covered by a 14-day money-back guarantee.

If you are not satisfied with a digital product for any reason, contact us at support@fulkrum.health within 14 days of purchase and we will issue a full refund. No questions asked.

After 14 days, digital products are non-refundable.

We reserve the right to decline refund requests in cases of evident bad faith or systematic abuse of this guarantee, for example where a customer has clearly downloaded and used the content with the intention of obtaining a refund.

EU consumer notice: For digital products delivered immediately on purchase, EU consumer law allows us to ask you to waive your standard 14-day statutory right of withdrawal in exchange for immediate access. By completing checkout and confirming the consent acknowledgement, you confirm that immediate delivery begins and that the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply. The 14-day money-back guarantee above is a goodwill commitment from Fulkrum and applies in addition to whatever statutory rights you retain.

For technical issues with a digital product (broken link, corrupt file, delivery failure), contact us at support@fulkrum.health and we will resolve it promptly regardless of the 14-day window.

2. Community Membership Subscriptions

Community membership is covered by the same 14-day money-back guarantee.

If you join the Fulkrum community and are not satisfied within the first 14 days, contact us at support@fulkrum.health for a full refund.

After 14 days, subscription payments are non-refundable. When you cancel, your access continues until the end of the billing period you have already paid for. We do not pro-rate refunds for partial months.

We reserve the right to decline refund requests in cases of evident bad faith or systematic abuse of this guarantee.

Subscription pause is not currently offered. If this changes in the future, the option will be available from your account settings.

Founding member pricing is governed by our Terms and Conditions. Cancellation of a founding subscription permanently forfeits the founding price. See the Terms for details.

3. Physical Products

3.1 Standard Return Window

You may return a physical product, unused and in its original packaging, within the return window applicable to your region:

  • European Union, United Kingdom, European Economic Area: 14 days from the date of delivery (statutory right of withdrawal).
  • United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand: 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • All other regions, including ASEAN: 14 days from the date of delivery.

Returns outside these windows may be considered at our discretion depending on product condition and circumstances, but are not guaranteed.

3.2 Hygiene Seal and Vacuum-Packed Products

Some Fulkrum physical products, including The Core, are supplied vacuum-packed with a hygiene seal. The hygiene seal is clearly identified on the packaging.

For health protection and hygiene reasons, once the hygiene seal has been broken, the product cannot be returned for refund. This applies even within the standard return window, and applies to customers in all regions, including the EU and UK.

This exception is permitted under EU Consumer Rights Directive Article 16(e) and the equivalent provisions of the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, which provide that the right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods unsuitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons where the seal has been broken after delivery.

Before breaking the hygiene seal, you may freely inspect the outer packaging, read the product information, and examine the product through the packaging. Breaking the hygiene seal is taken as acceptance of the product and forfeits the right of withdrawal for that item.

If a product arrives with the hygiene seal already broken or damaged, contact us immediately at support@fulkrum.health and we will arrange a replacement or full refund.

3.3 EU and UK Inspection Rights

For physical products that are not supplied with a hygiene seal, EU and UK customers may open and inspect the product in the same way they would in a physical shop without losing the right of withdrawal. We may reduce the refund proportionally if the product has been used beyond what is reasonable for inspection (for example, signs of prolonged use, soiling, or damage caused by handling beyond ordinary inspection).

3.4 Condition of Returned Products

To qualify for a full refund, returned products must be:

  • Unused beyond reasonable inspection (EU and UK customers) or unused and in original condition (all other regions).
  • Returned with all original packaging, accessories, and components.
  • Free from signs of wear, damage, or soiling beyond what is reasonable for inspection.

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be declined or subject to a partial refund at our discretion. We will contact you before making a deduction.

3.5 Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except where:

  • The product is defective or damaged on arrival.
  • We shipped the wrong item.
  • The hygiene seal was broken on arrival.

In these cases, Fulkrum will provide a prepaid return label and cover the cost of return shipping through our regional logistics partners.

3.6 How to Begin a Return

To start a return, email support@fulkrum.health with:

  • Your order number.
  • Your name.
  • A brief description of the reason for return.
  • Photos of the product and packaging if the item is defective, damaged, or arrived with a broken hygiene seal.

Our support team will respond within 5 business days with return instructions and, where applicable, a prepaid return label.

EU and UK customers may also use the standard model withdrawal form to exercise their statutory right of withdrawal. The form is available on request by emailing support@fulkrum.health.

3.7 Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. No restocking fee applies for returns made within the standard return window and in eligible condition.

If a return is received outside the applicable window, or in a condition that does not meet our return requirements, we will contact you before making a decision. We reserve the right to decline the return or offer a partial refund in these circumstances.

4. Warranty Claims

Fulkrum physical products are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for 24 months from the date of delivery.

To make a warranty claim, email support@fulkrum.health with:

  • Your order number.
  • A description of the defect.
  • Clear photographs showing the defect.

We will acknowledge your warranty claim within 5 business days and resolve valid claims within 14 days of receiving the returned product. Resolution may take the form of a replacement, repair, or refund at our discretion. Where a replacement is offered and accepted, return shipping for the defective item is covered by Fulkrum.

The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage from misuse or modification, damage from failure to follow the instructions provided, or damage caused by accident or unauthorized repair.

Your statutory rights are not affected. In the United Kingdom, the Consumer Rights Act 2015 provides remedies for up to six years from purchase in England, Wales, and Northern Ireland, and up to five years in Scotland. In the European Union, the Sale of Goods Directive provides a minimum two-year statutory guarantee. In other jurisdictions, the warranties and remedies required by your local consumer protection law apply regardless of what is set out in this policy.

5. Payment Disputes

If you have a concern about a charge or refund decision, contact us first at support@fulkrum.health. Our Terms and Conditions set out an informal dispute resolution process designed to resolve most issues within 60 days without escalation. Filing a chargeback with your bank or card issuer before contacting us may delay the resolution of your concern.
